What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a new team member to join us as a UI Designer. Your primary responsibility will be to design web and mobile user interfaces, adhering to design standards and user experience principles. Your daily tasks will include brainstorming ideas, providing design solutions, completing tasks, fixing reported design bugs, and testing the user interfaces implemented by the technical team.
- This is a remote position.
- Remote work does not mean project-based work; the entire Khorshid team works remotely, and you will be a part of our team.
- Part-time in our team means 4 hours of work each business day.
- Flexible start time; we will agree on a schedule that works for you and overlaps with other team members.
- Thursdays, Fridays, and all official holidays are non-working days.
- Salary will be negotiated based on your skills and experience.
- We will review your portfolio, which will be a crucial factor in our decision-making.
- Unfortunately, we cannot review resumes without a portfolio.

Required Qualifications
What you need to have
- Proficiency in using Figma professionally
- Mastery of web and mobile design concepts and standards
- Proficiency in layout and content structure from a design perspective
- Familiarity with basic UX design principles
- Ability to create wireframes based on project documentation
- Ability to design from scratch based on project documentation and provided visual identity
- Adequate knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Zeplin and others
- Familiarity and ability to design for CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, and their grid systems

- Ability to create style guides (related to UI design) for projects
- Ability to create interactive demo-able wireframes
- Proficiency in working with SVG and creating simple web animations

- Familiarity with remote work and project management tools: Trello, Clockify, etc.
